Bathroom Renovation in Pune

Bathroom Renovation in Pune, Designed and Built Exactly as Planned

Bathroom Renovation Services We Handle

We take on complete bathroom remodeling as well as focused upgrades:

• Demolition and civil work: removing old tiles and fixtures, correcting levels, and reworking sunken slabs where needed.
• Waterproofing: multi-layer treatment of the floor, walls and shower zone before a single tile is laid.
• Concealed plumbing and drainage: new supply lines, correct floor slopes, and properly sealed pipe points.
• Electrical work: safe wiring for geysers, exhausts, mirror lights and heated fittings.
• Tiling and flooring: wall tiles, anti-skid floor tiles, and large-format or natural-stone finishes.
• Sanitaryware and fittings: wall-hung WCs, wash basins, faucets, rain showers and diverters.
• Vanity and storage: moisture-resistant vanities, mirror cabinets and niches.
• Shower area and glass partitions: wet-and-dry zoning to keep the rest of the bathroom dry.
• False ceiling and lighting: moisture-resistant ceilings with layered ambient and task lighting.

Waterproofing First: Why Most Bathroom Renovations Fail

Pune's monsoon is unforgiving on bathrooms, and most leakage traces back to a handful of weak points. The floor-wall junction, pipe penetrations and the shower zone are where water finds its way into walls and the flat below. New tiles laid over failed waterproofing will fail again.

That's why every Advent bathroom renovation strips back to a sound base. We treat the slab and walls in layers, pay particular attention to corners and pipe points, and water-test before tiling. It's the part of the job you'll never see, and the part that decides whether the renovation lasts.

Our Bathroom Renovation Process

Bathroom Design Built Around How You Live

• Small bathroom design: wall-hung fixtures, recessed niches and light tile palettes make compact apartment bathrooms feel larger and easier to clean.
• Master bathroom renovation: walk-in showers, double vanities and warm, layered lighting for a space that feels like a retreat.
• Modern and luxury bathrooms: stone textures, concealed cisterns, frameless glass and fittings chosen for character as well as durability.
• Family and senior-friendly bathrooms: anti-skid flooring, grab rails and lever taps, designed in rather than added later.

What Does Bathroom Renovation Cost in Pune?

Bathroom renovation cost depends on a few key decisions:

• whether plumbing lines move or stay;
• the condition of the existing waterproofing;
• the size of the bathroom;
• the tiles, sanitaryware and fittings you choose;
• extras such as glass partitions, false ceilings or custom vanities.

We don't give guesswork figures. After the site visit, you receive a transparent, itemized estimate and a clear timeline, so you know what you're paying for before any work begins.
